I dare you to look closely at this Breitling Chronomat replica and tell me that it is a great watch. Impossible!
First off, it doesn't look like a brand new watch. It has all kinds of marks and dirt all over. Maybe after the assembly, whoever put it together didn't bother to clean it up and give it that new shine. Or, why not, maybe it has been stored in awful conditions. Or maybe both, who knows… The point is, it looks dirty and I just can't imagine anyone putting it on his wrist and be happy with it.
Hygiene aside, looks aren't that great, either. The hour marks look like they've been dipped in lume and immediately set on the dial, without having been given the chance to completely dry off.
The writing is uneven, in some places bold, in other places blemished and the logo seems a bit crooked, counterclockwise.
Before I forget, this Breitling Chronomat is powered by an “automatic movement from Asia”, as they put it. They have some fake Breitling watches advertised as being Swiss, but given the low prices, I didn't want to risk it. This Asian movement keeps time pretty well but the chronograph function doesn't work.

The Site: Usability and Design

Their homepage doesn't look that bad, but it could be better. I like the colors and I like how the banners go with the theme. However, the watches they promote on this page ruin everything.
Besides fake Breitling watches, they mostly deal with the bigger brands, so variety is not that great.
Pictures are too small, but even so, you can tell that their merchandise is not top notch. They carry a watchjust watermark, so quality shouldn't be surprising (or the lack of it).

Service: Is Their Staff Any Good?

Reply time is not of the greatest, but not that bad either. I honestly hate communicating through emails when there are far more convenient options.

Shipping's free, but they are too optimistic regarding the delivery time. They say that it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive, but I received this Breitling Chronomat replica in about two weeks.

Return Policy: Is It Reasonable?

In short, you get 7 days for a refund, 30 days for an exchange. If you go for the refund, there's a 20% restocking fee plus you get to pay the shipping fees.
Not a reasonable return policy if you ask me, but I couldn't keep this piece of junk so I had to return it.
